  • Breakfast is served on the main terrace from 8 to 9,30a.m.
  • Checkout must by 10:00 a.m. .
  • The reception will be at your disposal from 8 to 12a.m.,  from 4 to 8 p.m.

  • The keys and the remote control are under your  The  cost will be charged if damaged or lost.
  • We will be happy to ensure the cleanliness of your home, so we ask you to free the room into 10:00 am, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee the service.
  • For weekly stays a complete change of linen is guaranteed, for shorter stays we will be happy to carry out the service in compliance with the useful information contained in your room.
  • Available on request the paid LAUNDRY SERVICE.

  • Smoking rooms are not available; smoking outside, please use the ashtray provided.  Smoking is completely forbidden in a strong wind.
  • Please use towels and sheets inside your home only; you can find beach towels for rent or to buy.
  • Please use respect for the places that are hosting you; it is not possible to eat meals and move the interior furnishings.
  • The booking at La Casa del Fico is guaranteed under the economic conditions agreed directly in writing or on the internet portals.
  • Confirmation and acceptance of the stay are guaranteed through a credit card of the CartaSi circuit and payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount stay, by credit card, bank transfer or paypal.
  • La Casa del Fico does not accept prepaid cards as they have no guarantee.
  • During check-in you will be asked for the balance of your stay
  • In case of cancellation, the deposit paid upon confirmation of the reservation will be refunded if cancelled up to 14 days prior to the date of reservation. In the case of cancellation after 14 days, the amount of the deposit will be charged in full. Management reserves the right to use its discretion and to evaluate any different possibilities.
  • In the case of non presentation of the guest or early termination of the stay, the total amount of the reserved period will be charged in full.
  • Laundry service available upon request.
  • Exclusive boat excursions available designed for your enjoyment and in accordance with any special requirements.
  • Boat hire service is available upon request.
  • The keys and remote control that will be entrusted to you during check-in are under your sole responsibility, in the event of theft or loss they will be charged at their entire cost.
  • We are happy to ensure the cleaning of your room, so we please ask you to make it available by 11am, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee this service.
  • For weekly stays you will be guaranteed a full change of linen, for shorter stays we will be happy to service according to our code of ethics.
  • We reserve our “AperiFico” every night from 5:00 to 08:00 pm.

  • All structures are built in accordance with the environment of the Natural Park of Santa Maria di Leuca and covered with dry stone in accordance with local tradition..
  • The structure is not used by the public water network therefore Casa del Fico is committed to the parsimonious use of water by inhaling rainwater during the winter season through an underground recovery system and using it in the warmer periods for the care of green spaces and vegetable cultivation.
  • The used soaps and detergents are of natural origin, respect the environment, and are not tested on animals.
  • All the lighting has been realized with the precise intention of containing the environmental impact by enhancing the shapes and places of nature itself with LED lamps and low power consumption.
  • Mattresses and kitchens are made of eco-friendly materials.
  • All our efforts are above all to respect the sea, our true wealth.
